We appreciate the prayers for us as we navigate this inconceivable loss.
I had the great privilege of working alongside Mark for almost 15 years—first at BackWeb, then at Brightspark, and finally at NRX. I always enjoyed our interactions; he was a genuinely interesting person to talk to, and I learned a great deal from him about so many different things—whether it was personal investments, house-hunting, or even how to play poker. I am very grateful to have known Mark. He truly was one of the most gentle, intelligent, and fun people I have ever worked with. May he rest in peace. He will stay forever in my heart and in my prayers.
Thank you Yuri. He certainly left a deep impact on the lives of many.
I got to know Mark mainly through my brother Mike who was good friends with him. I had the pleasure of being his hockey coach together with my brother when they were about 11 years old. Even back then, it was clear what an intelligent, kind individual Mark was. My deepest condolences and may he rest in peace.
Jerry

Mark was a highly valued member of the Veeva team where he worked for the last 13 years. He was a consistent leader, a doer, a team player and an excellent human. He was respected by all.
Mark’s great of example of how to lead a life will carry on in those he touched.
Thank you so much for your kind words. He has left a deep void in the hearts of many.

Dear Patricia, Andrew, and Matthew. Our entire Candelora family is left hurt and grieving with you for the loss of one of the most wonderful human beings we know. Always kind, thoughtful, and supportive. Never a nasty word uttered by him during his entire life towards any member of our family, no matter what. We are shocked beyond belief at this senseless loss. We are here for you, and for Franca, my last, beloved sister, and we share this deep well of sadness with all of you. Love, Zia Assunta, Alexandra, Roberta, and all the Candelora families.
Zia, he was one of the very best. He has left a deep void that can never be filled. We can only move forward together as both he and his Dad would want us to do.
We are so sorry for your loss Patricia and family. We pray for God’s comfort and strength for you all.
