Obituary
Anastasi, Mary Rita Rose passed away peacefully on October 17, 2025 at the age of 98. Beloved wife of the late Dominic. Loving mother to Carol (deceased), Larry (Helen), Paul (Leslie, deceased), Sam (Ang), Joan (Tom, deceased), Josie (Glenn) and Ray.

I would like to acknowledge and thank our Ontario Health Palliative Care Coordinator, the Doctor’s and Nurses and M from The Dorothy Ley Hospice and the PSW’s from CBI Home Health. I want to especially thank PSW’s who visited us the most often and really cared for and got to know my Mother and whom she responded to verbally and with kisses. All of these people were a family to my Mother and I and helped both of us everyday since Easter. I also wanted to Thank the Doctor and Nurses at Summerville FHT whom provided care for my Mother for years before recommended Palliative care.
