elevated DB88Y It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Matthew Enrico Pellegrini, born on March 24, 1992, in Toronto, Canada.

elevated DB88Y Matthew was a beloved son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin, and friend whose presence brought love, laughter, and warmth to the lives of all who knew him. He was a bright light in the lives of so many, and his loss will be deeply felt by his loving father, Danny; his devoted mother, Lucy; his beloved sister, Vanessa; and Adriano.

elevated DB88Y Matthew will forever be cherished by his family and friends. To know Matthew was to love him. He shared a special bond with each of the people in his life and created countless warm and treasured memories with those he loved. He will be deeply missed by his loving Nonno Guido, and he will be reunited in peace with his grandparents, Enrico, Maria Grazia, and Angelina, as well as his beloved Zia Anna.

elevated DB88Y Matthew had a passion for enjoying life and creating lasting memories with the people who meant the most to him. He loved golfing, cottage life, hockey, and travelling, always embracing opportunities to experience something new and share special moments with family and friends. He was a true “foodie,” with a love for gourmet food and a genuine appreciation for fine wine, good company, and all the simple pleasures that made life special.

elevated DB88Y Matthew leaves behind many loving Zias, Zios, cousins, and incredible friends, all of whom will forever cherish the memories they shared with him.

elevated DB88Y A best man to many incredible family and friends, and a godfather to his beautiful cousin, Mia. One of the many special roles Matthew would have been honoured to take on was that of godfather to baby Maximiliano. Though he cannot be here, he will forever watch over him as his guardian godfather—a bond of love and meaning that will remain a cherished part of his legacy.

elevated DB88Y Though his time with us was far too short, Matthew’s love, laughter, kindness, and unforgettable spirit will remain in the hearts of everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. His memory will live on through the stories we share, the moments we treasure, and the love that surrounds his family and friends.
