In loving memory of Michael Chishamiso Lewis Mutambirwa

elevated FE1A9 It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Michael Mutambirwa, beloved brother,  father and grandfather, who passed away peacefully on Feb 07 at the age of 85.

elevated FE1A9 Michael was raised in a loving home in Wedza, Zimbabwe and came to Canada to pursue his hopes and dreams.

elevated FE1A9 He built a legacy as a determined, successful educated man.

elevated FE1A9 Over the last few years, his bond with his grandson grew even stronger. When Taffe visited his grandfather, they would hold hands and talk about Taffe’s future plans. It was so meaningful to see dad’s eyes light up whenever he would see his grandson. When parting they would always say, “I love you” to each other.

elevated FE1A9 Michael was content at Unionvilla and became very social which brought us all joy.

elevated FE1A9 You are deeply missed.

elevated FE1A9 Heaven couldn’t wait for you, so go on go home and rest in peace.
