elevated Ex21P
elevated Ex21P It is with broken hearts and unimaginable sadness that we mourn the passing of Mike DePinto, who passed away peacefully at MacKenzie Health Hospital in his 67th year. He will be cherished and forever missed by his beloved Mother Lucia, sister Rochelle Wiesenfahrt (Robert), niece Lucia Tumber (Kent), nephew Paul van der Spuy (Saskia), nephews Jean-Pierre Gagne and Nick Hancock, great-nephews Myles, Owen, Luke and Rylan, great-niece Kate-Lynn Avbar, and fondly remembered by his relatives and many friends.
elevated Ex21P Mike will be deeply missed by Michael Rolanty, colleague and dear friend of 45 years, and many co-workers, contractors and friends from the TTC Wilson Construction Team. As a Senior Construction Engineer, Mike made an indelible impression on everyone who had the pleasure and privilege of working with him over his 40 year tenure with the TTC, and his loyalty and dedication was an inspiration to all who knew him.
elevated Ex21P Mike had no children of his own and lovingly assumed the role of second Father to Jean-Pierre and Nick. In good health Mike loved to go fishing, enjoyed playing craps at the casino, and vacation by the ocean in Puerto Vallarta. He had a great sense of humour and quick wit about him, had tremendous appreciation for music and loved action and comedic movies. He lived a good life, which he himself would comment on often; a life like only he could live, on his own terms, the way he wanted. It is with heavy hearts we say goodbye, knowing he is re-united in Heaven with his Father Nicola, sister Mary Gagne and baby brother Michael.
elevated Ex21P In keeping with Mike’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A private entombment at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery in Thornhill will be held in the near future.

Mike —
“God looked around his garden and found an empty place
He then looked down upon the Earth and saw your tired face
He put his arms around you and lifted you to rest
And with the help of Angels flew you to your heavenly place.”
Forever in my heart dear brother, until we meet again.
Sending my heartfelt condolences to family. Keeping you in my thoughts and prayers always.
