elevated WI4UY It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Michael Spiers on Friday, April 30th at the age of 85. Beloved husband and friend of 40 years of Josefina Labrada, loving step-father to Sylvia Perras (David) And loving dad to Kevin (Kim), Brian (Angela), Steven (Janet) and Karen (Al) proud grandfather to Aaron, Brendan, Caleigh, Brianna, Lauren, Liam, Keara, Avery & Morgan and brother to Martin And In-law Pat (Ray) And friend to an uncountable amount of neighbours here and far.
elevated WI4UY We shall miss his great smile and helpful arms as he always generously gave his time to problem solve and get things done. Meticulous planner and a great builder of dreams to sail on. Always wanting to be here now yet he Casted off the stern line all too soon for those who loved him.
elevated WI4UY Due to COVID, a private mass and funeral will be held on date of funeral service to be announced. If desired, donations can be made to charity of your choice.

Truly sorry for your loss. Fortunate to have shared nice moments with your Dad. His fine standards in our lives where an example for all to strive for. Certainly difficult it is, his passing so quickly, blessing his departure was not one of a long and painful time. Memories will not fade. RIP.
The Freedman family are deeply sad for the devasting loss! Heaven has definitely gained an angel! Michael will always be remembered and loved for his warmth and dedication to all he knew and helped.

So sorry to hear of Mike’s passing he was so kind to us when we arrived in Canada. We spent many happy hours in the pool where he taught my children to swim.
