elevated zRakp It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Michele Morra on March 7, 2021 at the age of 89. Beloved husband of 60 years to Filomena. Caring and devoted father to Maria Giuseppina (Ettore), Antonietta Raffaella and Luigi Antonio (Amanda). Proud Nonno to Christopher Fiore, Elisa Marie, Sarah Michele, Michail Moses and Isabella Luna. Cherished brother to Adelina (the late Gaetano), Oreste (Ida), and Albina (the late Giuseppe). Michele has been reunited in heaven with his parents Antonio and Giuseppina, and siblings Carmelina (Rocco) and Giovanni (Faye). Michele was born in Monteleone di Puglia, Italy and came to Canada in 1957. He will be lovingly remembered in the hearts of many family and friends.

My mother and I were saddened to hear the news of your dad’s passing. As neighbours we shared many happy memories together. So much so that we became more like family. We are so thankful that just before the pandemic, he paid us a visit. We spent all afternoon talking about the “old days” and catching up on what you were all doing. Please accept our deepest condolences. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Vivissime condoglianze a tutti voi di famiglia. Sono la figlia della cugina Antonetta. Purtroppo sapevo della sua malattia, ma si spera sempre. È stato il mio padrino di battesimo.L’ ultima volta che ci siamo sentiti in occasione del decesso di mio padre. Era sempre un piacere parlare con lui, per la sua simpatia. Non siamo mai preparati al distacco delle persone care, ma loro non ci lasciano sono ovunque noi siamo. Coraggio.
Ciao zio Micky ti ricorderò quando venivi in italia e andavamo a Monteleone ,sei stato una gran bella persona,abbracciami papà….R.I.P
