elevated UlwQr Obituary
elevated UlwQr It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of David Bialo on June 1 2022. Dave died surrounded by his family after a brief battle with cancer. He is survived by Carol, his wife of 44 years, along with his children Scott (Jordanna), Krista (Jason), and Devin (Teresa), as well as six grandchildren, Evan, Sean, Isaac, Mallory, Inez, and Henry. Prior to retiring, Dave worked at the Bank of Montreal for 32 years. He was an avid golfer, bridge player, and pun-maker. He loved golf trips to Myrtle Beach and spending time with his grandkids. Dave was known for his niceness and his humour, and his ability to fix anything, a skill his grown kids relied heavily upon. He was beloved by everyone who met him, and he was a role model and inspiration to his family and many others.
elevated UlwQr The visitation will be held from 4pm to 8pm on Monday June 6 at Holy Cross Funeral Home, and the funeral will be held at 11am on Tuesday June 7 at St Luke’s Catholic Parish in Thornhill. The family would like to honor Dave’s memory by asking that any donations be directed to the Canadian Cancer Society.

A true gentleman to play golf with, and to socialize with after golf. I will miss him on the annual golf trip to Myrtle Beach. May he Rest In Peace now that his pain and suffering are gone. My sincere condolences to Carol and Krista and the whole family.
Dave was a wonderful friend and we golfed with him for many years on our annual Myrtle Beach trip as well as the Scotiabank golf league. We send our deepest sympathies and condolences to Carol and family. We will miss Dave dearly. Herve and Judy.
After a courageous fight with his painful condition, may Dave finally rest in peace. And Carol, our heartfelt condolences to you and your family.

I met Dave while he was working part-time at a driving range. We became friends and played golf several times in the past few years. He was such a positive person with only good things to say about everyone. I will miss his humour and kind disposition. May he rest in peace. My deepest condolences to his family.
Having worked with you Carol for many years I feel like I know Dave though we never met. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you Carol, at this most difficult time.

When we think of Dave, we remember a kind and loving soul, with an ever so gentle and soothing manner. His swift and tragic passing must be very hard on all of you, but we know you will find strength as a family. We are thankful that he is no longer suffering. Please feel our love and thoughts of sympathy.
From Rick and Kim and family.
Saddened to hear of Dave’s brief illness and passing.
Will remember his ever present smile and kind demeanour. Find some comfort in memories of many happy times shared with him.
I’ll never forget his kind demeanor when teaching me to play softball for the first time. I was already an adult at the time, and he had such patience with me explaining a game I hadn’t played before. My deepest condolences to Krista and family.
Our condolences Devin to you and Teresa, and all your family on the very sad loss of your father. Our thoughts are with you. Sam and Joanne Billard
Always enjoyed Dave’s company. He and Carol will always have a special place. In my heart
Having worked at BMO with Dave for many years I can attest to his integrity, compassion, knowledge and dedication in a fulfilling career.
May Dave Rest in Peace. My condolences to his family & friends.
To Carol and family, I was so sad to hear about Dave’s illness and passing. I worked with Dave at the Bank of Montreal. During our time at the SCC, I had the pleasure to work along side Dave and also was happy when he would offer me a ride home if my ride was unavailable. I also live in Thornhill, backing onto Green Lane.
He had a friendly demeanour, always saying hello and very professional in all his work dealings. I used to run a staff appreciation day for the staff and Dave was always at the front of the line of volunteers to help give the staff a great time.
Together with my wife, we offer you and family our heart felt condolences and may you be blessed by remembering all the many good times.
Dave was a true gentleman and and good friend/colleagues. He will be missed by many.
Dear Carol, Krista and family
I am so sorry to hear this sad news.
My thoughts and prayers are with you all during this very difficult time.

Dear Carol, Scott, Krista, Devon, and extended families,
I was saddened to hear of the loss of your husband, father and grandfather. I was happy to have found out way back that Carol had found a soulmate; and very soon you kids came along. I really did not know Dave, but Carol kept in the loop with a Christmas update each year.
I will keep you all in my prayers, and trust with the help of Nancy and Rick and all the immediate families, you will pull together to support each other.
Regards,
Paul
