Anna Maria Paolella-RussoAnna passed away to be in eternal peace on September 9, 2022, surrounded by family and friends. Loving mother to Michael Russo, Rossano Russo (Lise Filippelli-Russo) and Mark Russo (Monika Lukacena-Russo). Beloved Sister to Marino Paolella (Connie Paolella) and Antonio Paolella (Getrude Paolella). Beloved Nonna to Jack Michael and Lidia Ann Russo who will forever miss her pasta and meatballs. Anna was a very special lady and the best cook in town. Her lasagna, cookies, sewing and kisses were legendary. Anna’s dedication and love for her family and friends made us feel cherished. As a result, she was adored by so many near and far. Her talents, strength, bravery and traditions will live on through her family and friends. Anna gave us her best, but now it’s time to let her rest. So go in peace, you’ve earned your sleep, your love in our hearts we’ll eternally keep.

Dear Michael, Rossano and Mark, my deepest condolences. Your Mom was an incredibly loving and talented lady. I lived next door for many years and I loved her like a mother. She frequently invited me for dinner and homemade cake, took me to the park or for ice cream and even taught me how to sew! She treated me like a daughter. I will never forget the love and kindness she showed me and my family. She will live on in my heart! ❤️🙏🏻
