elevated dX61f It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Irene, who died peacefully at Mississauga Trillium Health Network on June 5, 2022.
elevated dX61f Loving daughter of Stefan and Maria Monica (deceased) and pre-deceased by brother Edward and sister Jean (Ron Mastromatteo).
elevated dX61f She was a devoted wife to Jerry and beloved mother to son Shane Tait & wife Amanda Penney, step son Jason Arasim & wife Brandee also step daughter Melissa McKeen and husband John McKeen. Loving Grandmother to Josie and Lincoln, Jason Jr. Mercedes, Jasmine & Kiera. Irene will be truly missed by her family and numerous friends.

I am so very sorry to hear about Irene’s passing. I worked with her from 1992 until 2004 when I retired. She was a delight to work with and be with. In my heart she will always be known as “Irene, Irene the By-law Queen”. May she continue to reign in heaven.
We were saddened to hear of Irene’s passing and send our condolences to Jerry and the family. I remember Irene growing up. She had an upfront and open nature. In elementary school she had been a runner and when her brother Eddy became annoyed with her teasing she could always out run him.
We are all guests in this world and eventually we are all called home. our thoughts and prayers are with you.
Irene I miss you so much . Reading these heart felt messages have brought me to tears Irene was so brave. She said to me, “Violet we all have to die sometime”
This past year was extremely difficult for her, but she didn’t complain, just kept on pushing forward I will always remember the last time I was with her before she passed. Her eyes were big and clear, she had a beautiful smile and said to me, bye Violet🌷

I was very saddened to hear of the passing of Irene. We worked in the same Department at the City of Mississauga for a number of years. Irene was a great team player, and on a personal note, she could always bring humour and a smile to everyone’s face. Sincere condolences to Irene’s family. May her memory be a sustaining blessing.
