elevated 5pTjW It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Nadia Rita Rollo, at the age of 59 on Tuesday, October 20, 2020. Beloved wife of Michele Rollo. Cherished mother of Milea (Bruno) and Michael (Daniela). Devoted and caring Nonna of Adamo, Stefan, and the future Sabrina (to be born November). Nadia will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

When I think of Nadia, I remember her beautiful smile and her RED lipstick that suited her so well and that only she could pull off.
I also wanted to share a high school memory, which I’m sure, Dorie, you will remember too. It was parent night and Nadia prepared a choreographed duet dance for parent night. She shocked the socks off her audience, with her sexy moves, and BOLD choice of song, sung by the Isley Brothers, “Fight the Power”. We, her classmates, were all excited for her because we knew that one particular word in the lyrics was going to blast out and shock parents and teachers there. You have to remember that this was the seventies!!! But it was an amazing song choice and we shared in the rebel of it. The S.W.A.T. team as we called ourselves, all waited backstage, snickering in anticipation for the WORD to be blasted out. And then it came….”And when I rolled with the punches… I got knocked on the ground….By all this BULLSHIT going down.” OMG….we played the word, “BULLSHIT” out loud with our teachers and parents listening in the audience! We were so proud!! Nadia did what we didn’t dare to do!
