It is with heavy hearts and a profound sense of loss we announce the peaceful passing of Nicola Ferrara on July 8, 2025 at his residence surrounded by his loving family, at the age of 100. Born on April 16, 1925 in Palazzo Adriano, Palermo, Sicily, Italy to parents Pasquale and Anna. Beloved husband of Rosalia for 59 years of marriage. Loving father of Anna (John), Mary (Mark) and Luana. Proud Nonno of Kristoff (Courtney), Liam, Austin, Isabella, Dylan and Sean. Adored bisnonno of Nicola.
Nicola will be sadly missed and held dear in the hearts of his many extended family and friends. He will be lovingly remembered and never forgotten.
Your thoughts and kindness are truly appreciated during this time of sorrow.
To my dear zio Nicola, you will be missed 🕊️💕and you will always be in our hearts. With love and deepest condolences, Francesca and your beloved grand nieces, Chloe and Ava
Nick was a great man and will be sadly missed by all but never forgotten. Ripose in Pace my friend.
Dear Anna and family,
Please accept my heartfelt condolences on the loss of your father. While I didn’t have the honor of knowing him personally, it’s clear he was a man of great character—reflected in the kind, strong person Anna is. May his memory be eternal and his legacy continue to shine brightly in your lives. 💙
Please accept my condolences on the passing of your father. I’m a firm believer that when we lose someone close to us, like a father, they continue to live on through us and give us unbelievable strength. They’re so connected to us that they become a part of us.
My Nicky 😞💗
I love you so much and I will miss you forever.
Rest peacefully🕊️
In loving memory of our dear Zio Nick,
Zio Nick was a constant presence in our lives, someone we could always count on at family get-togethers, special occasions, and the memories we created together. He brought warmth, a steady presence, a sharp wit, and more than a few good laughs to every gathering.
While we are deeply saddened by his passing, we remain deeply thankful for the time we shared with him. Ci mancherà più di quanto le parole possano esprimere e sarà ricordato con amore, per sempre.
With heartfelt condolences,
Demetrios, Annamaria, Elen and Stefano

Zio Nicola.

My condolences to you all on the passing of Nick. Many years ago I remember our whole families playing Badminton in our back yard and Nick being the judge and saying who was out and who was in. A fond memory. I hope all your happy memories will help you all at this sad time. God bless.
Anne Charnley.
