It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Nicola Nazzareno Franzoni, a devoted family man who passed away in Mississauga, Ontario, on May 5th, 2025. Born on May 25, 1953, Nicola’s life was rich with love, generosity, and a deep appreciation for the simple joys.
Nicola, beloved son of Giovanni Franzoni (father, deceased) and Rosa Conidi (mother, deceased), and loving father of Giovanni Franzoni (deceased). He is survived by his beloved spouse, Rosa Franzoni; his children, Joseph, Francesco (Jenny), and Christopher; his siblings, Francesco (Maria) and Giuseppe; and his cherished grandchildren, Ava and Isabella.
Friends and family are invited to pay their respects during the visitation at Assumption Catholic Cemetery, located at 6933 Tomken Rd., Mississauga, Ontario L5T 1N4, on Friday, May 9, 2025, between the hours of 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. The funeral service will take place on Saturday, May 10, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family would gratefully appreciate donations to assist with funeral expenses.

Nick has always been a very friendly and helpful neighbour to my late mom, Pastor Lyn. They would always sit outside the front of his garage and chat for a long time. Nick was always chatting with passersby. He will certainly be missed
Thank you Jackie! We will always treasure those memories. Dad loved spending time with you, your mom. I’m sure they’re spending time together in heaven.
