It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our dad Osvaldo Paulo on Monday, January 27, 2025 at the age of 90 passing peacefully of natural causes.
elevated aX5oP Osvaldo was a devoted father to his three children, Marvila, Quana and Elder and son-in-laws Greg and Joe and daughter-in-law Sophie.
elevated aX5oP Cherished Grandfather “Avo” to seven grandchildren, Evan, Adam, Amanda, Alexa, Zachary, Sara and Stephanie.
elevated aX5oP Osvaldo was one of seven siblings. He is fondly remembered by his two sisters and predeceased by his sister and three brothers.
elevated aX5oP Osvaldo was born on December 9, 1934 in Madeira, Portugal.
elevated aX5oP In 1968 he emigrated to Canada to begin their new life. He will be greatly missed.
elevated aX5oP Flowers are welcomed or a donation may be made to The Canadian Lung Association.

Quana, Marvilla and families, We wish you strength and remembrance during this difficult time. You always spoke so fondly of your dad. Our thoughts are with you all.
Our deepest condolences on the loss of Osvaldo. He was always the life of the party. We have a fond memory of his dentures falling into his wine and the kids astonished that his teeth could just pop out of his mouth. Or when he was in the pool with a noodle wrapped around his neck and almost drowning but somehow managed to stay afloat.
We are so lucky to have had him in our lives. We will cherish those memories and will miss him a lot and so will his friend Oscar. May he rest in eternal peace and may he be drinking many ponchas. Cheers to a life well lived. Sending you all strength and love.
