elevated DGXV3 Our beloved father, grandfather, brother and friend Oswald (Ossie) Franklin Chandia passed away on April 24, 2021 in Ontario, Canada with loved ones by his side.
elevated DGXV3 Ossie was born in Kingston, Jamaica on August 10, 1950 and migrated to Canada in September 21, 1971. He was predeceased by his father Oswald Joseph in 2008 and his mother Carmen Gloria in 2020. Survived by his children Brian, Joanne and her husband Frabrice, his grandchildren Gabriel and Lily. Dear brother of David and his wife Sandra, Allison and her husband Desmond and Colin. Uncle of Kevin and Jonathan. Ossie also leaves Gavin and Melissa who lovingly called him dad, current family Joelle, Amanda, Matthew, Christian, family, friends and his beloved pet Milo.
elevated DGXV3 Due to COVID restrictions, a private family service will be held on Saturday, May 15, 2021 at 9:00 a.m.
