It is with heavy hearts and a profound sense of loss that we announce the peaceful passing of our beloved mother, Pasqualina Leone (nee Carlesimo) on August 2, 2025, at Villa Santa Maria Community Care at the age of 87.
elevated vjD0y Pasqualina was a devoted mother and grandmother whose life was defined by compassion, selflessness, and love. She dedicated her life to the well-being of her family, always putting their needs before her own with grace and strength. An avid cook, baker, and gardener, Pasqualina found joy in nurturing those near and dear to her heart. She was a longtime member of St. Roch’s church, where she also sang in the choir—a source of joy and fellowship throughout her life. Pasqualina leaves behind an incredible legacy of love, faith, and family, and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
elevated vjD0y She is now reunited with her beloved husband Loreto. Loving mother of Nino (Antonietta), Paolo (Anna) and Letizia (Phil). Proud nonna of Sara (Mark), Amanda (Ram), Andrew (Alessandra), Melissa (Lou), Daniela, and Philip. Adored bisnonna of Lucia, Rosalia, Leo, Aria, Lucas, Mia and Siena. Pasqualina will be lovingly remembered and held dear in the hearts of her extended family and friends. Your thoughts and kindness are truly appreciated during this time of sorrow.
elevated vjD0y Visitation will take place at Holy Cross Catholic Funeral Home (211 Langstaff Road East) on Tuesday August 5, 2025 from 2-4 p.m., and 6-8 p.m.
elevated vjD0y The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday August 6, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. in the Chapel of St. Joseph at Holy Cross Catholic Funeral Home.
