It is with heavy hearts and a profound sense of loss we announce the peaceful passing of Patrick Fernandes on March 14, 2026, at Cortellucci Vaughan Hospital, surrounded by his cherished family, at the age of 65. Beloved son of Philomena and the late Paul Fernandes. Loving brother of Priscilla and Phyllis. Patrick will be sadly missed and held dear in the hearts of his extended family and friends. He will be lovingly remembered and never forgotten.Â
