It is with profound sadness the family announces the passing of Paul Dziak on September 12, 2026. Born in Kolačkov, Slovakia to Jan Dziak and Gizela Dziakova, he is survived by his loving wife Katarina Dziak, his daughter Catharine Dziak, his daughter Diane Dziak and her husband David Glover and their daughter Beata; his son Joe Dziak and his wife Rita Dziak and their daughters Sienna and Elise; and many other family and relatives in Slovakia. Paul will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew him.
