elevated 0zlHZ It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Peter Cicero on August 28, 2024. Beloved husband to Maria-Rosa the love of his life, a proud father to son Michael and daughter in law Melanie. He will be missed by his brothers Vince, Nick (Virginia), Gianni (Jennifer), and sister Maria. He will also be missed by his dear aunt Grace and uncle Charlie, aunt Sarah (Frank), aunts Giovanna S, Maria, Giovanna C, and Carmelina. Peter will also be held dear in the hearts of his many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
elevated 0zlHZ He showed tremendous strength and resilience though his medical challenges with cancer for 27 years.
elevated 0zlHZ While his time on earth was cut short, his memory will continue to live on in those who knew him well. Great thanks to Dr. Muir and the staff at the Oncology Department at Mackenzie Health Hospital and Vaughan Hospice for their care and compassion.
elevated 0zlHZ In lieu of flowers, donations in honour of Peter can be made to the Oncology department @ Mackenzie Health Hospital Foundation or to the Hospice Vaughan would be greatly appreciated.

Maria-Rosa and family, please accept our sincere condolences. Peter was a wonderful man. Although we didn’t see each other often we were close in hearts. We would always look forward to his messages on Facebook about Racalmuto. He will be greatly missed.know that all of you are in our prayers.

Dear Maria-Rosa and Michael
Today as we say our final farewell to Peter, we want to share with you our sympathy and sorrow on his passing.
Upon reflection, we note the many wonderful times all of us shared together.
Peter is remembered as a ‘character’ in the truest sense- passionate, caring, kind, most-likeable, committed to his family, humble and the list can go on.
Fondly remembered are our lively discussions where agreement wasn’t always reached, but no one, especially Peter, ever held a grudge or left unhappy. Always looked forward to the next get together.
He will be missed!
