I have very fond memories of Peter from my youth… including visits to Horseshoe Lake and time with him in Europe. And his great sense of humour. Our condolences to the family.
I’m so sorry to belatedly hear of Peter’s passing. I used to rent Peter’s cottage at Horseshoe Lake starting way back in 1982 with my kids, one of whom had just been born, while Peter was away in Germany for some 3 year assignment. We kept going back for many years well into the early 2,000’s even after I acquired my own cottage near Creemore. He would stay with his daughter in Toronto while we used his cottage. Peter was a wonderful man, very kind and considerate and I have thought of him many times over the years.
