Although we no longer worked as closely together, when we saw one another, his face would light up when speaking about you and your family.
Philippe was a good man and always carried out his duties with integrity.
I met Philippe when he came to Pearson. His playful smile, sense of humour, eager and dedicated work ethic, respect for everyone and direct, firm but pleasant attitude, made him a very dear member of our Immigration family.
When he confided his love for our dear Catherine, we all shared their joy.
He was a trusted unwavering friend.
It is really heartbreaking that he left too soon.
My deepest sympathy to Catherine and family. Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. I hope you find peace and comfort in the loving memories. May the Lord give you strength.
