I had the extreme pleasure of working with Ralph directly on my first project as a PM with Aecon down at U of T Woodsworth College Residence. I have such fond memories of our time together working side by side. During this project I was able to meet his lovely family for whom he had such a passion and joy towards. He was so proud of his girls and rightfully so!! I learned so much from Ralph. You will be missed and never forgotten. Rest in Peace.
My condolences on the passing of Ralph. I worked with Ralph at Cape and was part of the “crew” that moved over to Jackson Lewis (that became Aecon…). I left before the change but always enjoyed my discussions with Ralph and the many times we interacted as competitors at various industry functions over what was many years. I know that he will be missed by many and his great demeanor will leave a void for a lot of people.
