elevated vx2Qp Obituary
elevated vx2Qp It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Renato Marcucci at the age of 83 on October 2, 2025, surrounded by his family. His warmth, his laughter and his unwavering spirit touched the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing him. He is remembered by all as a lover of music, sports, good food and great company. He always believed in finding the joy in life, making sure there was always a celebration.
elevated vx2Qp Renato will be deeply missed by his beloved wife Nicoletta. They travelled and shared many special occasions together, just recently , they celebrated their 60th Wedding Anniversary. She was by his side through every joy and every challenge, offering unwavering strength and comfort, a light in his time of darkness. Their love together stands as a true testament to their shared strength and determination.
elevated vx2Qp He will be lovingly remembered by his children, Yola (Joseph Iantria) and Robert. He was a proud and loving Nonno to his 3 Grandchildren, Gianluca, Sophia and Christian with whom he enjoyed sharing stories with and nothing brought him more joy than watching them grow into the adults they are today. He took great pleasure in sharing his hobbies with them, particularly watching soccer games together and showing off his garden.
elevated vx2Qp He will be dearly missed by his brother Ernesto (Nella) and his sister in laws, Maria Boragina and Donna Sorgini. He will be remembered by his many nieces and nephews, who held a special place in his heart and the many dear friends he made, through his work as a Plumber and on the soccer field.
elevated vx2Qp In our sorrow, we take comfort knowing he is at peace, reunited with loved ones who have gone before him. His parents, Nicola and Anna Domenica along with his brothers, Francesco (Fiorina), Gino, Giuseppe (Maria), and Armando (Anna), his in-laws Nicola and Iolanda Sorgini and brother in law Michael Boragina.
elevated vx2Qp He cherished spending time outdoors, particularly in his garden, where he took great pride in his work and found joy in sharing it with his family and friends. He was a passionate soccer fan, who never missed a game. He faithfully supported his favorite teams – Cagliari, TFC and the Italian National Team, as he cheered them on through every win and loss. He also enjoyed playing his lottery tickets, especially his cherished Keno numbers and found great pleasure in his trips to the Casino with his Grandchildren, Gianluca and Sophia. Proud of his heritage, he was an active member of the Fossacesia Club, where he cherished his time there, spent with friends. He is remembered as always singing and dancing to the classic Italian songs. In his quieter moments, he enjoyed bowling, a pastime that brought him relaxation and joy.

Dear Nicoletta & family and Ernie & family
On behalf of my brothers Peter and Joe I extend our most heartfelt sympathy at this sad time. I recall many occasions from my childhood where my late brother Frank and our families would gather to visit and help one another adjust to their new life in Canada.
May you each find comfort as you remember a beloved man and may Renato’s memory always be a blessing. Famiglia DiLello
