elevated rP9Rq It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of our beloved Restituto Dicuangco on December 31, 2022. He was a caring son; a doting uncle; a kind, thoughtful and helpful brother; an articulate and smart guy who loved the outdoors. He was predeceased by his loving parents Mariano and Isidra Dicuangco. He was survived by his family: brother Jeck Dicuangco and wife Nelia; sister Imelda Ocampo; sister Socorro Baello and husband Augusto; brother Robert Dicuangco and wife Indira; sister Sonia Valera and husband Martin; sister Rita Digennaro and husband Tony; and sister Marina Dicuangco. He also has 13 nephews and nieces who are very much saddened by his passing. He will be greatly missed. May he rest in peace in heaven.
