    عم جرب اكتب عن جاري يلي كنت اتصبح في كل يوم ، اذا ما شفتو الصبح كنت نجتمع بي نادي جو كلوب قبل ما يسير خوري ، من ٤٨ سنه ، وي بعد عمر تفاجئت انو نقل الى رعيتنا بي ادمنتون ، وي كان الى النصيب انو اخدم الرعيه كل الوقت يلي هوي هون ، وي بعرف ابونا كان مريض بس ما يخلي حدا يعرف ، وي مره كنت بي لبنان جبت من مار شربل زيت وي بخور ، وي من المطار على بيت الخوري وي كان موجود كتير احباب دايمان عندو وي سئلتو ، وي لزم ادهن زيت ما شربل عليه السلام ، قال اجرييه ، وي طلبت من ما شربل يقوي ، وي بي 11 nov , تلفنت ما رد وي بعد يومن ما رد ضليت جرب وي تركتوا رساله ، يا عيب الشوم عل الصحبه ابونا ، بعد جمعه دقلي وي ما حكي ، ما كنت عارف انوا حالتو لا بل اليل الا من ابونا شارل قلي كتير تعبان ، وي جربت تلفن ما في جواب ،.

    You will be dearly missed Msgr Joseph Salame, I refuse to believe that you’re really gone, you left this world way too soon, you were not only a priest, you were a friend, a brother, a helping hand, a caring soul, a shoulder for a lot of people to cry on, and most importantly you were Loved by all, you left a huge void that its impossible to fill.

    وهلق خسرناك يا مونسنيور جوزيف سلامة كمان…
    كتير الوجع ما بينحمل!!!

    لن انسى وقفتك بجانبي سنة ٢٠١٢ عندما تعرضت لموقف صعب جداً …
    وقفت بجانبي الى اخر لحظة وقلت لي لا تخافي الرب معك وسأصلي لك .

    فعلاً تجاورت محنتي بسلام .. وكنت انت خير السند الذي بقيا الى اخر لحظة بجانبي.

    واهم شيء كانت هي صلواتك الصادقة لي .

    لن انسى اجمل الايام في تحضيرات المهرجان اللبناني … والذي تعلمت منه الكثير .. سهرنا تعبنا بكينا ضحكنا … ولكن نجحنا.. وكان من اهم المهرجانات اللبنانية التي ضجت به مدينة ادمنتون لعدة سنوات خلال وجودك بيننا.

    رحيلك صعب وكنا نتمنى عودتك الى ادمنتون مره اخرى لتكون بيننا… ولكن هذه مشيئة الرب.

    نطلب منك الصلاة الدائمة لنا من السماء … ليخفف الله وجعنا على الأرض…
