It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Rinaldo Tortolano on the 26th of January at the age of 92.

elevated 7Hfgi He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 68 years Matilda, and his son Joe  (wife Anna), his daughter Suzy (husband Craig), his grandchildren Daniel, Steven and Ashley, Ronnie, Ryan, Colin and Cameron.  His great-grandchildren Reya, Logan, Colton, Keira and Avery.

elevated 7Hfgi Rinaldo and his wife Matilda came to Canada from Italy in 1956 with their infant son Joe.  He and his wife were hard working and dedicated to building a wonderful life for an ever-expanding family.  There are many memories of family gatherings, summer picnics at the beach and always great food and wine!  And let’s not forget about the bocce tournaments on his backyard court that he built.
