elevated sfzB8 It is with profound sadness the family announces the passing of Rita Margarida Ribeiro on February 28, 2026. Beloved Wife to Rivaldo Ribeiro. Born in Azores, Portugal to Maria De Lourdes Bento Medeiros and Antonio Manuel Fontes. She is survived by two sons Rogerio and Rivaldinho, a daughter Raquel and, step son Max. She is also survived by three sisters Fatima who is her twin, Ana and Esperança, three brothers Joao, Antonio, and Carlos and as well as many extended relatives in Canada, Portugal and family in Brazil. Rita Margarida Ribeiro was a strong women who fought cancer for 7 years without any complain and was always taking care of her family and always kept a positive spirit. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all those who knew her.
My deepest condolences to the family for this huge loss. Rita was a great lady and a dear friend. She will be missed. May she rest in peace.

My heartfelt condolences to the family. Rita was kind and courageous she is a great example to all of us. Rita I will look at were you sat at Mass every Sunday and pray and cry because of the wonderful person we will have no more. May you rest in peace.
