The Curtis Family
He had many friends and he was my best friend ever. I will miss his companionship. I’m sorry to hear about his death but I am grateful for having the chance to do some fishing with him a couple of last times this summer. Is memory will live with me as long as I shall live myself. See you on the other side my friend.
Thank you Marcel, Robert really made the best out of life, he never wronged anybody, he was intelligent and wise and also feisty when he felt the need. He was good at problem solving and could leave others confused and puzzled when he was on a problem solving mission.

My condolences to your family 💖
Robert was the oldest son he was wise and intelligent and had exceptional work ethics, he would never wrong anyone as he remained an ambassador for his family and culture. He excelled at problem solving and would often leave others confused and perplexed when he was on a problem-solving mission or w
Hen he was putting his innovative skills on a project.
He moved to Toronto at a young adult age and joined a boxing gym and eventually a team. His strong family ties veered him toward a career that would keep him close to home. He became a businessman in the construction sector and eventually worked along side many construction and civil engineers as well as inspectors in the Toronto area. At one time there were eighty men on his employee rolster. His wife Marie remained at his side supporting him. When Mittsubishi Canada needed someone to install their solar panels for their pilot project they came to Robert.
There was always great excitement when Robert would come to New Brunswick for vacation. He really was a humorist and I’m sure he could have made a career in comedy. The jokes were non stop! I remember when he came to visit me in the hospital after I had an appendectomy. He made me laugh so hard I was literally in pain! I begged him to stop!
Robert always made sure we were doing well and that our health was paramount. He had memorized all the remedies of our elders. He had remedies for every illness we had.
Robert loved the outdoors. Fishing and hunting were really his way of relaxing. He loved doing this with our father and brothers as much as he could. He went on many fishing and hunting trips with his friends also.
Cooking was one of his passion, and he ensured my mom’s recipies were carried on from the “stew au lièvre to ployes, crêpes, cretons” and many more. You never left his place hungry.
I will miss our phone conversations where he vigilently ensured myself and my children were doing well. His support and encouragement was precious and dear to me. I will miss our talks and laughs. RIP my dear brother, continue watching over us.
Isabelle, wow you really summed it all up! So wonderfully written. Thank you so much for taking the time to share wonderful thoughts of my dad and your brother. Love, Lynn

Mon Oncle Robert. We will miss you and the times we had when Mark and I would visit. Prayers go out to you. We both love you.
RIP mon oncle Robert. You will missed. My deapest sympathies to all of his family.
Our deepest sympathies to all of my Uncle’s loved ones. I had the privilege of meeting my uncle a few times and always remember him to be funny. My mom would always love to hear from her brother, he always made her laugh with his jokes. She would then tell me the jokes and we would laugh together. Rest In Peace and watch over us. Till we meet again.
Love,
