elevated Un1Pn It is with heavy hearts and overwhelming sadness that we announce the passing of Robert Rocco on October 9th, 2018. He was 57. Robert was a devoted, loving husband to Antonella Rocco and an extraordinary and inspiring father to Julian Rocco (Antonette Montanaro) and David Rocco (Everton Medeiros). He was loved dearly by his parents-in-law, Antonina and Angelo Zammito, brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews and friends. He is now reunited with his parents, Mario and Antonietta Rocco, in heaven.
elevated Un1Pn The family will receive friends at the Holy Cross Catholic Funeral Home, 211 Langstaff Road East (west of Bayview Ave.) on Sunday, October 14, 2018 from 1-4 p.m. & 6-8 p.m. A Funeral mass will take place within the funeral home in the Chapel of St. Joseph on Monday, October 15, 2018 at 11:30 a.m. The final rite of committal and entombment will take place at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery (8361 Yonge Street Thornhill). In Robert’s memory, donations may be made to Canadian Blood Services and/or to Myeloma Canada.

I’m very saddened to hear the news about Rob. He was a pleasure to work with here at RBC Insurance. On a professional note he was thorough and consistently accurate. He always gave 110% to the team and was highly respected for his knowledge and tenacity.
On a personal level I always found Rob a treat to talk with. His unwavering positivity and sweet smile lit up the room.
To his family, I know your hearts are breaking but I hope you find comfort in knowing your husband/dad spoke of you often to me. You were first and foremost in his heart always.

It was so sad to hear about the passing of Robert. Toni, I know that he will be your guardian angel in heaven and will watch over and protect you and your sons. My prayers are with you all at this difficult time. So sorry i was not able to make it to the viewing.
I was very saddened to hear the news this morning and I send the family my deepest condolences. Rob and I worked along side for well over a year when he first found out about Myeloma and we talked alot about how important it was to live your life and enjoy every moment of it. He was very proud of his family and the support and strength he got from everyone. Robert was a fantastic man and will be missed by me and many others.
