It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Rosamaria Sciortino – Lambe, on Thursday, April 9, 2026.
Beloved wife of Frank. Loving mother of Nicole (Jeremy) and Joshua (Chenie). Adored sister of Jody and Kelly. Devoted daughter of Anna and Felice.
Rosemary was born on May 29, 1966 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Rosemary met Frank in 1992 and shared 31 years making a wonderful life together. They were so blessed to have two children whom she loved so dearly.
Rosemary’s legacy is one of strength, kindness and unwavering commitment to her family. She was a mother to everyone. She was superwoman. She was the type of person who put everyone before herself. She will be missed so incredibly dearly by everyone who knew her. This loss will leave a hole in all our hearts that can never be filled.
I’m so deeply sorry for your loss. She was such a beautiful soul, and her kindness and warmth touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. She will be truly missed by all, and her memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved her. Thinking of you all during this incredibly difficult time and sending you all strength, comfort, and all my love. I will miss you so much Rosemary. Thank you for being such an amazing person.

Aunt Rose,
I feel so blessed to have had you and Uncle Frank as my godparents. The memories we made during the weekends I spent with Nicole and Josh are ones I will hold close in my heart forever.
Thank you for always thinking of me — especially keeping peanut butter tucked away just for me when I couldn’t have it at home.
Even as life got busier and time together became less, I have always looked back on those years with so much warmth and gratitude.
I am so deeply sorry, and I’m holding Uncle Frank, Nicole, and Josh in my thoughts constantly.

My deepest condolences to The Lambe family. I’m sadden and heartbroken to hear about the passing of Rose. This sweet selfless lady was so kind and thoughtful to me and my daughter. Rose would take my daughter to soccer when I couldn’t. She always went out of her way to help others. Rose was one of the most genuine, helpful and amazing woman I know.
Rose I miss you but I will never forget you and the beautiful kind memories you have left with me. I’m so happy to have known a beautiful precious woman like you! RIP my dear friend ♥️

Dear Frank, Nicole and Josh
We’re just so sorry. Our hearts are broken for you.
Your mom meant so much to all of us. She really was the center of our family in so many ways—the one who kept us connected and made sure we always had time together. It’s hard to imagine our family without her at the heart of it all.
Some of our best memories are because of her—those summer BBQs at the cottage, all the laughs, the way she made everyone feel so welcome and at home. That was just who she was. She brought people together so effortlessly, and you could feel how much she loved her family in everything she did.
She wasn’t just a cousin to us—she was someone we all looked up to. Strong, caring, and always there. We’re going to miss her so much.
We hope you can feel how much she meant to everyone around her, and how much love is surrounding you right now too.
