I worked with Lynn for many years at the hospital. Our Caru-Ccu team was a strong knit group. We raised our young families together. Even after leaving Trillium our bonds have remained. My sincerest sympathy to Jacklyn and Stephen and their families on this tragic loss. Your parents were loving and supportive always and will be sorrowly missed.
I cannot even begin to imagine what you are going through, Jacklyn and Stephen. You are in my thoughts, heart, and prayers. I worked with Lynn for more than a decade and just loved her kind gentle ways and warm smile. My son was born the same day as you, Jacklyn, which we all thought was quite a happy coincidence. Though I moved away and worked elsewhere, we would meet from time to time at reunions and get-togethers and I had hoped to catch her again before she retired recently as I have just returned to the hospital. We were always so comfortable together and I will never forget her. She was a very special lady. No words can capture the shock and sadness but may all the happy memories help to sustain you and us through this dark time. Please let me know how I can help in any way,
I was very fortunate to have worked with Lynn at Trillium for the past 10 years. Lynn always had a kind word and a smile even on the craziest days. She was a wonderful nurse – so thoughtful, compassionate and funny. Lynn exemplified everything a nurse should be. To the Lisi family, please know we are heartbroken for you and you are in our thoughts and prayers. XXXX
I had the pure luck of having Lynn as my preceptor when I returned to school to complete my RN. I learned so much from her and respected her as a colleague and friend. I will truly miss her. My sincerest heart felt condolences to her family. God bless you ❤️🙏
I want my express deepest heartfelt condolences to the Lisi Family.
Lynn was my charge nurse on CARU from 2011-2016. She was certainly one of the best. She was kind, patient, she had the biggest laugh and a heart of gold. She loved her family so much and she expressed that in everything she did. Your entire family will be in my prayers. We stand with you during this heartbreaking time. Much Love, Martina Campbell-Segree

Peace Lynn,I will remember you in my prayers.
Sorry for your loss and I am sharing your sadness. Lynn will always be in my heart forever.
My heart is shattered and I am still in shock since hearing of the passing of such a dear friend and an incredible person. Lynn and I started working together at Trillium CCU/CARU in May of 1983. A professional to the end and a friend and mentor to her staff. Lynn was kind cheery and loyal. (We fondly called each other Ms. Lisi and Mrs. A). Lynn loved her hubby San and their passing is heartbreaking, to put it mildly. They lived for, and adored their children Jacklyn and Stephen and their grandchildren. My sincerest condolences to them. I pray for you and know that the beautiful memories of your parents will forever live in your hearts. I miss you Ms. Lisi. You were a amazing friend and I am blessed to have known you. May you and your dear hubby, as you always refer to him, Rest In Peace.
It was shocking and heartbreaking to hear of Lynn’ and her husbands sudden and tragic passing.

I worked with SAM for over 20 years indirectly, he signed off on my retirement papers and did attend my father’s funeral. He was a very upfront guy who was kind to everyone. I am very sadden by what has happened and pray for his family members in these trying times.

I worked with Lynn for a few years from 1997, I always would marvel that I never saw her lose her temper, raise her voice or be anything less than professional, she always smiled which would make me smile.
I can hardly believe that she’s gone, just like that.
I know that while she was here she made the world that much brighter. She will be sorely missed.
Lynn was the Charge Nurse on CARU when I worked there in 2019.
I always admired how dedicated, and kind she was.
I’m very sorry to hear this news. I know she will truly be missed by many.
My heart is broken at the loss of Mr. Lisi and his beloved wife, Lynn.
San and I worked closely together for many years. He was the slow and steady to my hurry up. I valued his strength, his love for his family and his dedication to everything he did.
You will both be missed by so many. 🙏🏽
I worked with Santo for 15 years. He was a genuine, compassionate, and kind man, with a great capacity for empathy. I will always remember his wanting to join the work hockey team, which was part of quite a competitive circuit at the time. He could barely skate but with determination and not taking no for an answer, he was out there giving it his all. Amazing determination. My sincere condolences to his family and friends. May his memory be a blessing.
To the Lisi family, I had the pleasure to work with San the last 12 years before my retirement. San was a true gentleman! I as well as others were shocked with the news of his passing. My thoughts and prayers are with San and his family. Angelo Sperduti

I knew San for a short period of time when we worked together. His smile and kindness was always so comforting. It was always obvious through our conversations that he valued family and friends above all else. I know he will be missed. The loss of two beautiful people in such a tragic way is hard to accept. I was shocked and heartbroken to hear the sad news of my dear friend and colleague Lynn and her husband
I have known Lynn since I came to Cardiology in 2000. She was not only a caring and dedicated nurse she was my dearest friend who I will never forget . Those special memories of her will make me smile, she always meant so much to me and will always remain forever in my heart.

Our sincerest sympathy to Jacklyn, Stephen, zia Dora, zio Domenico, Tony and Vicky on this tragic loss.
Losing a family member is always painful. We are fortunate to have met these two wonderful people personally years ago. Although we live on two continents, we have never given up family contact.
We will never forget Santo (my cousin) and Rosemary, they will always shine as stars in the sky
We sympathize with the entire rest of both families and would like to express our deepest sorrow and condolences.
I don’t know how to describe what a great loss to myself and so many others losing Lynn and Santo is. I never met Santo but can only imagine a kind, dedicated man to match the beauty and pure kindness that was Lynn . I don’t know how to make sense of this loss. I’m so heartbroken for her family . Just know that you are so blessed to have had these two beautiful people as your parents and grandparents. Their kindness and compassion will live on through you and your children. Lynn, you are an exceptional human and I am a better person for having known and worked with you . Rest In Peace my friends. I know you will be watching over us.
I am deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Lynn and her husband Santo.I work at Trillium in the Cardiac health system in Cardiac Surgery. I knew Lynn from the day I walked in as a student nurse to the present day 20 years later. I never met her husband but, based on the kind, loving and compassionate woman Lynn was, I am sure Santo’s mirrored that of Lynn. Both of them are going to be sadly missed by so many people. I have a lot of fond memories of Lynn and our nursing friendship over the years. There never was a time that Lynn and I wouldn’t have a great laugh at something, and well that’s what wonderful friendships are built on. I will miss her laughter, her compassion, dedication and her infectious smile. My thoughts and prayers go out to Lynn and Santo family. May you find peace while you grieve the loss of your loved ones knowing that they are in the hands of the Lord and will continue to serve as your guardian angels above you to watch over you and continue to help guide you through good and bad times. I will miss you Lynn RIP Lynn and Santo.
What a tragedy to say the least. My heart aches for all the Lisi families, close friends and a gazillion acquaintances. I was fortunate and blessed to have worked with Lynn in Cardiology 2C 2 for the past 15 years and what a journey it had been. It was a bitter sweet day when she retired, sweet for her but sad for us as we no longer would hear her cheerful greeting ” hey girlfriend, how’s it going”, her constant encouragement, steady pace and infectious laugh. To the family, my prayers will be with you always praying God will hold you all tight during your painful grief. Our deepest condolences to all.
My deepest condolences to the Family of San Lisi. I’ve worked with San for over 12 years he was a mentor and a friend. I am grateful to have known such a wonderful person.
My condolences and prayers go out to the Lisi family.
I worked with San for many years and I have yet to find a more thoughtful, and knowledgeable person both professionally, and in life experiences. I am grateful to have met him and thankful for all that he has taught me.
Praying for continuous blessings for San, Lynn, and the Lisi family.
I am truly at a loss with words to describe my incredible sadness. I was a co-worker of Lynn’s for many years and have such wonderful memories of working along side her. She was so kind and patient to everyone. I can’t remember her ever saying anything unkind about anyone – ever. I do remember her talking about her wonderful, close family. I am a better person for have known her. Please take care of yourselves and know that you are in my thoughts.
Lynn was my charge nurse, my mentor and my friend. Her nurturing attitude to all the nurses on her department was always appreciated and loved. Her smile lights up our day and her jokes would have loads of people laughing on cloudy days. It isn’t the same on 2C Cardiology, Lynn. It never will be the same. We miss you so much and I am sending your family all the love, prayers and strength during this time. Just know that your family will be cared for by so many. Your legacy will always be carried on by your friends, family and loved ones. I pray that you and your husband Rest In Peace.
I was blessed to have Lynn as my Charge nurse on CARU and I am very thankful for her guidance and mentorship. She oversaw my development as a student, extern and Nurse and has made an impact on the type of person and nurse I am today. She is the standard and embodiment of what all nurses and people should aspire to. I am fortunate to have worked with her and learn so much from her.
My deepest condolences to the Family Of Lisi during this difficult time.
My deepest condolences to the family of San Lisi. I had the pleasure to work with San, many year’s ago. I can say he was a good and caring man and a great and trusted partner. Our path did move differently in time, but good people you remember. RIP
My deepest condolances to Jacklyn, Stephen and family. I worked with your Mom Lynn since 1989 at Trillium. Lynn was a calm, compassionate, conscientious nurse and Clinical Leader. These leadership traits were evident every day no matter what challenges she faced. She was a respected mentor and friend to many. I am so sorry for your tragic loss and pray many wonderful family memories will comfort and sustain you.
