elevated YPLkG Obituary

elevated YPLkG With deep sadness and boundless gratitude for a life rich in love and selflessness, we announce the passing of Rosina Casti on August 10, 2026, at the age of 87.

elevated YPLkG A devoted matriarch, she was predeceased by her beloved husband, Albino Casti, as well as her cherished child, Jeanne Danti (Walter Danti). Though she bore those losses with quiet strength, her devotion to her family never wavered.

elevated YPLkG Her hospitality and talent in the kitchen brought comfort to everyone around her. Renowned for her incredible homemade lasagna, she also lovingly prepared the family’s annual December 24th fish dinner – a cherished Christmas Eve tradition that was always eagerly anticipated and thoroughly enjoyed by all. She believed in sharing warmth wherever she went, rarely visiting the homes of family, friends, or neighbors without a fresh batch of her famous cookies in hand.

elevated YPLkG Outside the kitchen, she had a passion for her vegetable garden, tending to her crops with the same patience and care she gave to her family. She took special delight in nurturing her hummingbird feeder, watching faithfully for her regular winged visitor each season – a simple pleasure that brought her immense happiness.

elevated YPLkG Above all, Rosina was truly selfless, placing the comfort and happiness of others before her own every single day. Her legacy of compassion, gentleness, and quiet generosity will live on in all who were fortunate enough to know her.

elevated YPLkG She is survived by her loving children Carmen Casti, Marina Stojanac (Dario Stojanac), and Fabio Casti (Lindy Casti) as well as five grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and a wide circle of extended family and dear friends who will miss her beyond measure.

elevated YPLkG Though our hearts are heavy with grief, we find solace in knowing she is now at rest, reunited with the loved ones who went before her.
