Sabrina and I have known each other since kindergarten, by the time we were in grade 7 we were inseparable attached by the hip. Although we decided to go to different high schools it made no change in our friendship. We experienced so many amazing memories I will forever cherish. Sabrina was such a strong, independent, loyal, loving women and friend, that smile would just light up a room. I feel so lucky have been apart of her life for all these years, I will forever appreciate everything I learned from our friendship. Thank you to the Gomes family for welcoming into your home and into you life. To Brandon, i knew from the moment she told me about you that you were the one!

Chi, my heart is broken. There was so much more adventures to go on for both you & Bran..for us all.. your sister & family. I will never forget the first day we met… both with our own group of friends going into the haunted house at sjcs.. it was dark & scary we could barely see but somehow we both got separated from our friends & ended up linked arms when we got out.. We laughed & introduced ourselves. That was the beginning of the millions of memories I would share with you & all our friends/family. & I will never forget the first day you met Bran when we went to Buffalo for Black Friday in the hotel lobby both so shy but full of love not knowing you both had found your soulmate. I know things happen for a reason but I don’t think I will ever understand why this had to happen to you.
You were the sweetest and most genuine soul and without the support you’ve given me during my time at Garage I wouldn’t be the person I am today. You believed in me to take me into 294 and even trusted me to become your assistant manager. I have learned so much from you and I know I will never forget everything you’ve taught me.
But beyond being my manager, you were also a great friend. We would always bond over the fact that Brandon and Fernando were both Ecuadorian and how both of our mother in laws were named Dora. You introduced me to Mike’s Hard Lemonade Blue Freeze and told me how you had a case of it in your fridge and how I should try it and now that’s my go to drink. We always talked about how much we loved designer bags and how badly you wanted your Chanel Boy Bag. You put me on the Bum Bum Cream and would always call me out whenever I wore it because it was your fave. You taught me to never take shit from anyone and to fight for what I deserve. Like whenever Starbucks got our order wrong you would tell us to go back so they can get it right, but sometimes we would be too nervous to go back so you would do it for us.
There’s so many amazing memories and it hurts that we won’t be making any more. But I know that you’re with your son in a better place watching over all of us. Lastly, I just want to say thank you. Thank you for letting me be part of your life even just for a bit. Thank you for taking a chance on me and for believing in me. Thank you for always being supportive and for being a great friend.
I’m going to miss you so much Sabrina. I love you and I’ll see you again soon.
