elevated BfLCx Born in Trout Creek, Ontario, Canada in 1927 he was predeceased by his parents and 5 siblings. He is survived by his sister Jean.
He is also survived by his wife of 68 years Viola and their two sons Kenneth (Kim) and Michael (Antonella) and their two sons Ryan and Eric.
Sam passed at the age of 95 in Mississauga, Ontario on Friday May 13, 2022.
He enjoyed fishing, hunting and was an avid Toronto Maple Leafs fan. He especially enjoyed telling stories even if they had been told before saying ‘if it is a good one it deserves repeating’.
In lieu of flowers a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of your choice.

Dear Ken , Mike , and Mrs Manella. Sam was such a wonderful man. Countless memories of going to Erindale in Kens old VW, but most importantly the wonderful open household with Sam, Viola, Mike and Ken. Lots of wonderful memories I cherish.
