elevated GBAgu It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Sandra Zeni in her 60th year.
elevated GBAgu A dear sister and aunt, she will be especially missed by her sister, Norma (Fausto Tenaglia), niece Alessia (Jeffrey), nephew Alexander (Alexandra) and great-nephew Lucas. Her friends and extended family mourn her loss.
elevated GBAgu Sandra worked at the Ministry of Education for the Deputy Minister’s Office in the Communication Branch as Team Lead for 36 years. She took pride in her work and professionalism.
elevated GBAgu Sandra enjoyed adventure. She travelled extensively throughout Canada, Western and Eastern Europe, the States and the Caribbean.
elevated GBAgu She enjoyed long walks in nature, reading, painting, organizing activities with her friends and spending quality time with family.
elevated GBAgu Sandra found great pleasure in participating and volunteering in Trentino Club activities.
elevated GBAgu Faith and prayer were an important part of Sandra’s life. She was devoted to Mother Mary and did her best to lead an exemplary life.

I know I join with the girls at Zumba, when I say I feel the profound sadness of her loss. Sandra was our front row dancer who loved the Latin rhythms and often sang along to her favourites. She greeted me every Monday class with a hug and a smile. Her space in front will always be Sandra’s. She was apart of us.
We are all in disbelief of her tragic passing and my heart goes out to her family.

Dear Sandra’s Family, I am shocked and deeply sorry to learn of Sandra’s passing. I worked with Sandra directly at the start of my career, then later more indirectly (we’d be at the same meetings). She was a fount of knowledge on all things Education, and also a joy to speak with. Somehow I would feel like all stress melted away after our chats, which were often about an issue her ministry was addressing. Her passing is a reminder that life is precious and too short.
