elevated 43lIe Our Son, Brother, Uncle, Spouse/Best Friend left us and everyone who knew and loved him on Thursday November 30, 2023.. Words simply cannot convey the loss we are feeling at this time but we are comforted by the outpouring of love and support we are receiving. Sean will always be remembered for his kind spirit, sense of humor, generous nature, devotion to his work and more than anything else, his love for family and those he considered friends.
elevated 43lIe Sean also leaves behind an incredible legacy in the legal community. Having been called to the Bar in 1996, Sean was dedicated and worked extremely hard to build a reputation as a professional. Throughout it all, Sean remained true to the person he was. He was genuine, kind, and empathetic towards everyone he met
elevated 43lIe Sean is survived by his mother Holly, stepfather Gerald, brother Scott, sister-in-law Pam, niece Makena, nephew Jake and former spouse/best friend Jo Anne.
elevated 43lIe Sean loved all animals, especially cats and was devoted to rescuing and caring for them his entire life.
elevated 43lIe In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Second Chance Wildlife Sanctuary a cat sanctuary and rescue that are now caring for his beloved cats Biff and Marty.

Sean was a good friend and neighbour. He had a constantly curious and entertaining mind.
A generous soul, his loss is felt in our community and beyond.
R.I.P. Sean,
The loss of you will leave a hole in Craig and my heart. You will always be remembered as a great friend and we’ll miss all the laughs, argument, and love we shared. No one will be able to take your place in our lives. ❤️❤️
Rest in peace Sean – you were one of a kind. Condolences to the family.
Sean was a wonderfully kind and engaging man. My prayers and condolences go to his family and many friends.
RIP Sean,
It was a pleasure knowing you. Thanks for your advice. You were especially nice to me, my son Kenneth and his dog Inara. Your pleasant demeanor will be miss. You were a wonderful man and neighbour.
Sean was a great lawyer and friend. I appreciated his love for animals, justice for the underdog, family, friends and good food. He was guilty of the bad book that we would recommend. RIP Sean
I’ve had the pleasure of working “against” Sean since he came to work in Oshawa. All these years later we recently had been dating. (The last almost a year). I can understand how he was loved my many and was able to remain best friends with Jo Anne. He was always a pleasure to be around. I will miss him dearly.
My condolences to everyone who knew and loved him especially his family.
RIP Sean

My deepest condolences.
What I remember about Sean was the way he advocated for clients in court: always professional, always polished.
And, if I ever needed a second opinion on a matter, I could count on him to give me his utmost attention.
And, of course, we never tired of talking about the antics of our respective cats!
Sean was a sweet man, and always a class act.
Sean was one of the good guys…we will miss his awesome humour and dedication. Our son always remembered him as ‘Cat Man’, and we remember how proud he was of his first orchid. Will miss him in the halls of 150 Bond!
When Sean and Jo Anne lived in Toronto, they lived in the building next to me. I would take my dog Carter out for walks and they would stop and talk to us (well to Carter really). I moved out to Whitby and was walking down the road one day. A car pulled alongside of me and the driver said “Don’t I know you from St. George Street?” I looked over and there was Sean – of course it was Carter he recognized not me. We were all friends from then on. One more example of his love of animals. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
Sean, I’m still numbed that I won’t be seeing your cheerful face at our parking lot. You’re such a gentle, loving, generous and humble person. Thank you for giving me your two pots of jasmine plants. I was so blessed to have adopted them and I will try my very best to take good care of them. I call them Sean. You’ve been so gentle and friendly with my 4 legged best friend Prince. May you rest in peace in the Heavenly Kingdom of our Lord 🙏
To my wonderful and loving Sean. You took me totally by Surprise and devestation. Love you and will miss you for the rest of my life plus your AUNTS and cousins and everyone that knew you. R.I.P. my son and say hi to Nana and gramps and everyone else in heaven that loved you You’ll have a big following.
Holly I am so so sorry to hear about Sean – my daughter has been trying to reach him since before Christmas and we just found out through Google. He was the sweetest person and we have truly enjoyed staying in touch over the years. I would really appreciate speaking with you about what happened but will also understand and respect if you do not wish to speak with me. I cannot begin to understand the sorrow of your loss and only know that it is far far greater than mine. Be well and God Bless
RIP Sean
You have left his world in body only. Your gentle, kind and reassuring nature will forever remain and inspire everyone you worked with. Thank-you for all your dedication , hard work and support you provided through difficult times. You will be greatly missed and never forgotten
I will never forget you, friend. Rest easy..
Words cannot express my thoughts and feelings when I heard the news.
I will always remember Sean’s unique personality, his dance moves, our many bike rides together and definitely his love for cats. Even in Cuba he had them eating out of the palm of his hands. My condolences to Holly, Gerald and Sean’s family, he will be missed.
Sean was such an interesting and kind person . Jamie and I were both deeply shocked and saddened by his sudden passing.
Sean would stop by our antique store almost weekly for years and he always found something interesting to make for his cats or for other people
Sean , we will miss your visits and our chats and your smiling face. Rest in Peace always ❤️ Lisa and Jamie
