elevated JnYoq On Friday, November 6, 2020, Sheeba Roy, loving wife and mother of 4 children, passed away at the age of 56. Sheeba was born in 1964 in Lahore, Pakistan to Nasar Ullah Khan and Victoria Khan. As a child, Sheeba excelled at athletics and received many awards. She received her degree in English and Economics from the University of the Punjab. She got married in 1984 and raised two daughters, Minaqshi and Arsha and two sons, Ashbeel and Fin.
elevated JnYoq Sheeba’s warm smile and welcoming presence lit up the whole room and filled everyone’s hearts with joy. She touched the lives of everyone she met, even from afar. In her professional life, Sheeba proudly served the Toronto Catholic District School Board community as a highly esteemed Education Assistant. In this role, she nurtured and taught children, including those with special needs. She was a teacher not only to help, but to nourish young minds and hearts. She was a lifelong learner and earned a Teacher Assistant diploma from Ashworth College (Georgia Chapter). Sheeba was also in the process of obtaining a Canadian Investment Funds license and had already completed a few related courses.
elevated JnYoq She enjoyed fashion, staying fit and taking care of herself, passing on these virtues to her children. She was an amazing cook and decorator and was always the most enthusiastic at every special occasion. She celebrated life in a very deep and unique way and motivated everyone to be their best selves. She was very proud of her four children and two grandchildren. She made sure they knew that they were loved. Her family and faith in God were the foundation of the life she always led.
elevated JnYoq Sheeba was preceded in death by her father, Nasar Ullah Khan and her mother, Victoria Khan. She is survived by Sampson Yeaher, four children (Minaqshi, Arsha, Ashbeel and Fin), two grandchildren (Cejay and Liam) and Aqiq Roy.
elevated JnYoq A private family mass will be held on Saturday, November 14, 2020 at 12pm followed by a burial at Christ the King Catholic Cemetery. Flowers may be sent to the Holy Cross Funeral Home. A donation in Sheeba’s memory can be made to the Holy Spirit Roman Catholic Church.
