elevated 0TQ14 It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of Steve, on May 27, 2019 at the age of 49. Beloved husband of 21 years to Fatima. Cherished son to Mary and the late John and loving brother to Chris. Son in law to Maria and the late Antonio and brother in law to Tony and his wife Emily and uncle to Alicia. Steve will be sadly missed by his fur babies Bailey and Molly and lovingly remembered in the hearts of his family and many friends here in Toronto and in Greece.

I only knew Steve for a brief time, but his constant happy nature and smile made each day fun, to be around him.
I’ll miss our mid day chats when he was working day shifts. He’ll be missed by all.
Steve, I will remember you in many positive ways with a big smile and a great sense of humor. Thanks for being my friend.

Fatima, we are so sorry for your loss, our thoughts and prayers are with you. I had the privilege of working with Steve twice, since he worked for Algonquin Power with me in 2011 and 2012 then he returned in 2016 under the new owners Emerald EFW. He was always very happy, We met for coffee a few times after he left Emerald, and then he ended up starting work at York U at the start of this year, so I was getting updates from my husband. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time.
Steve thank you for always having incorrigible words for me and lifting my spirits.
You will be missed but never forgotten.

Steve and I worked together at the hospital and bonded quickly. Over time we met for coffee on weekends, exchanged ideas and shared stories. I will fondly remember Steve for his humour, sincere generosity and heartfelt kindness. Rest now, my dear friend.
