elevated XCcLG It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Spencer Michael Pecar in his 27th  year. Beloved son to Michael and Laura, loving brother to Alexandra and dear grandson to Nonna Santina. Spencer will also be deeply missed by his uncles, aunts, cousins and many close friends.

elevated XCcLG Spencer graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce & Finance from the University of Guelph. Throughout his young life, Spencer excelled in his athletic endeavors, most notably while playing baseball for the Oakville A’s.  Spencer’s hobbies included hockey, basketball, and playing guitar, as well as spending time with friends.  Spence was passionate about cooking.  From his gourmet BLTs to sous-vide steaks, he always thoroughly enjoyed his home cooked meals. He loved to travel, some of his favourite memories were ziplining in Costa Rica, scuba diving in Mexico, chasing sharks and turtles in the Tobago Cays and sailing in the Caribbean, Sardinia & Corsica.

elevated XCcLG Spencer was brilliant and will be remembered for his great sense of humor as well as his contagious smile and laugh.

elevated XCcLG Due to COVID-19 restrictions, there will be a private family Funeral Service at Holy Cross Catholic Funeral Home on Monday January 11, at 1:30 pm. An entombment will follow at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery.
