elevated D7VtZ It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Stanley Rustja on March 20, 2026 at Cortellucci Vaughan Hospital at the age of 73, surrounded by his family. Born on March 28, 1952, in Skrilje, Slovenia to late parents Stane and Kristina, brother to late Vida (Jože) and niece Helena. Husband of 45 years to Vanja, father of Michelle (Danny) and Adam. Nono to Elio and Theo.
elevated D7VtZ Stan will be remembered by family and friends at Pine Grove Nursing Home of 14 years. Known for his sharp wit and unmistakable sense of humor, Stan had a way of bringing laughter to every conversation. He will be remembered for his special skill of cooking and preparing specialty foods and drinks, as well as his love for cheese. He leaves behind countless memories shared with those fortunate enough to know him.

I am deepley saddened to hear of Stan’s Passing.
He resided at Agecare Pinegrove for many years and he truly will be missed. In all the years that I have known you too, you have always been so supportive and visited Stan often bringing him in your delicious home cooked meals that Stan enjoyed tremoundessly. Back in the day, you would take him outdoors to enjoy his cigar which I know he was forever grateful. You have always been an exceptional wife and Stan was soooo fortunate to have been blessed having you in his life. You are an Angel and May God Bless You with an abundance of good health, happinesd and peace Always.
May Stan’s Memory be A Blessing. The team at Pinegrove will remember him fondly.
