elevated Gz5O3 Teresa Cecconi (Dorlando) passed away peacefully in her 96th year October 22nd, 2023. Devoted wife of the late Giovanin (1979), loving mother of Carlo (Norma) and Gianna (Leo) and caring and devoted Nonna to Lisa, Daniel (Lisa), Vanessa, Laura (Stavros), Giancarlo (Candice), David (Katrina) and Mark (Amanda). Cherished Bisnonna to Naomi, Peter, Emilia, Carmen, Matteo, Gia, Lucas and Celine. Sister to Toni and predeceased by her brother Giovanni.Teresa held several jobs in her lifetime, but her determination led her to become a registered practical nurse, working at Branson Hospital until retiring at 66. Teresa was generous and had a great love for her family; she was very devoted to God and the Church and treated all those she encountered with kindness and respect. For almost 8 years she was a resident of Villa Colombo and was very appreciative of the dedicated care received by the personal support workers and nurses. Our family is very proud of this strong, independent woman and after 44 years of separation, Teresina will be reunited in heaven with her beloved Giovanin. In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Alzheimer Society http://www.alzheimer.ca, or the Daily Food Bank https://www.dailybread.ca/ or to a charity of your choice is appreciated.

I guess Teresina and Giovanin will also be reunited with my parents and their good friends Teresa and Elio, who used to get together so often to hang out, have a glass of wine and drink espresso.
Our dear Teresina will be sadly missed. We have fond memories of Christmases and Easters passed together. Even if we are far away, our hearts go out to her whole family. “Mandi dal to Friûl”
