elevated v8pn6 It is with heavy heart and profound sadness that we share the passing of an inspirational and devoted woman. Teresa passed away peacefully on January 8, 2023 at the age of 84. Teresa was a loving wife of 63 years to Vittorio (predeceased). Teresa was a caring and compassionate mother to Jim (Karen), Rose (Nick), and Bruno (Linda). She was a kind-hearted Nana to Lindsey (Scott), Danielle (Tom), Bryan, Victor (Michelle), Michael, Joseph, Victoria, Stefanie (Kevin), Nicole and Teresa-Marie. She was also a great-grandmother (“Super Nana”) to Mason, Sofia, Harper and Julia, whom she adored. Beloved sister to Sue (Martin), Tony (Dianne) and Rose (Bob, predeceased). Teresa was predeceased by her parents Bruno and Maria.
elevated v8pn6 Teresa immigrated to Canada at the age of 13 and maintained many traditions from her hometown of Vallelonga, Italy. Some of these traditions included creating many delicious meals and tending to her beautiful gardens. Teresa enjoyed spending time with her family the most and we will cherish those many beautiful memories.
elevated v8pn6 She will remain in our hearts and thoughts forever and will live on through us.

elevated v8pn6 Visitation will be held at the Holy Cross Catholic Funeral Home, 211 Langstaff Road East (west of Bayview Ave.) from 4:00pm to 8:00pm on Thursday January 12, 2023. A funeral mass will take place within the funeral home’s chapel on Friday January 13, 2023 at 9:00am. The final entombment will be held following the mass at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery (355 Taunton Road East, Whitby). Online condolences and directions may be found at www.catholic-cemeteries.com).
