elevated 8DOkm It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Teresa Da Conceicao Pavao on May 31st, 2020. Pre-deceased spouse to Manuel Pavao (2002). Loving mother to Manuel (Fatima), John (Germana), Maria dos Anjos (predeceased 2019 – Manuel), Conceicao (Manuel Carreiro), Manuela, Teresa – predeceased 2018 (Gary), Joe (Tracey), Mario (Elizabeth). Forever cherished by her grandchildren Diane (Bruno), Katherine (Joe), predeceased Tony, Nancy (Anthony), Steven (Marta), Elizabeth (Steven), Nelson (Cheryl), Michelle (Mike), Rebecca, Samantha, Taylor and Jordan and all her great grandchildren. Teresa will be held dear in the hearts of all extended family and friends. Donations in memory of Teresa may be made to Canadian Cancer Society and Alzheimer’s Society.

During this trying times unfortunately we may not be there in person but we also are grieving with you. Your memories of your beloved mother are engraved forever and knowing that she was surrounded by her immediate family is comforting for you all.
