The loss of Thelma is felt by many here at PBAS. May memories of her wonderful personality and joyful spirit be celebrated by all. Thelma always brought, with that incredibly warm smile of hers, so much light into the office each and every day. She was a pleasure to work with because she brought real joy (and sometimes genuine sisterly concern) to those who worked along-side her. I can’t express how much she meant to me (and our mutual friend Astrid) over the years. My condolences to the Caguin Family. Thinking of you and wishing you ‘hope’ in the midst of sorrow and ‘comfort’ in the midst of pain. Our prayers are with you. God bless.
My Deepest condolences to Thelma’s family. It was an honour to have known and worked with such a kind, generous, warm and friendly soul. These kinds of people are rare in the world, so I was very blessed to witness and receive her example of positivity, resilience and strength that we don’t see much of anymore. Eternal rest grant onto her, and let God’s perpetual light shine upon her. May her soul, through the mercy of God, rest in peace.

It was a sudden event knowing that you left this world already. I know you have so much plans including visiting Philippines after couple of decades. I will never forget your kindness. You are one of the precious person who gave me hope to achieved what I am right now. Thank you for everything that you shared and taught. Honestly, I am sure that you will be happy where you are right now. God always gave what is best for us. To Ninong Raul,Bong and George. My deepest condolences, she loves you all so much. Tita Emy had been the kindest “Tita” who had ever lived on earth. I will dearly miss her. May she rest in peace. May she continue to watch over us, especially Tito Raul, George, Bong, Elena & Adelle, from heaven.
My heartfelt condolences and love to the Caguin family. I didn’t know Thelma for long but her passing had such an impact on me which just goes to show what a strong and genuine personality she was. She was always very nice to me and we shared many smiles and laughs over anything and everything in the office. May the Lord grant her eternal peace and her family patience, and guidance in this immensely difficult time.
