elevated zas2C It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that the family announces the passing of Toni Chamoun, at the age of 66, in Toronto, Ontario.

elevated zas2C Born in Zahle, Lebanon, Toni came to Canada with little more than hope and determination. Through courage, faith, and an unyielding work ethic, he built a life filled with love, success, and purpose. A devoted husband, father, brother, uncle and friend, Toni’s journey was one of resilience – giving his children the opportunities he never had.

elevated zas2C Toni forged a distinguished career as a Director in the Information Technology field, where his wisdom, professionalism, and mentorship earned him deep respect among colleagues and friends alike. His intellect was matched only by his humility and his unwavering commitment to his family.

elevated zas2C A man of faith and quiet strength, Toni’s love extended far beyond his own home. Though separated by distance, he remained closely bonded with his extended family in Montreal and abroad, always making the effort to stay connected and present in their lives.

elevated zas2C He will be remembered as a man who lived for his children, who loved deeply, gave generously, and whose heart was larger than life itself. His passing leaves an immeasurable void in the lives of all who knew him.

elevated zas2C Beloved husband of Jeanne d’Arc Chamoun.

elevated zas2C Cherished father of Sandra, Joseph, and Elie.

elevated zas2C Loving brother to Khouloud, Naji, Marwan (Deceased) Najah, Jihad and Woujoud.

elevated zas2C He will be fondly remembered by his mother-in-law Badiaa; his in-laws, Fares, Samia and Hanaa; and his many nieces, nephews, and friends.

elevated zas2C Toni found happiness in life’s simple pleasures — gardening, a well-played game of tennis, a thoughtful chess match, and travelling to discover the beauty of the world. Above all, he treasured moments spent with his family, who were his greatest pride and joy.

elevated zas2C As we say goodbye, we take comfort in knowing that his spirit will always live on in our hearts.

elevated zas2C Toni, your family thanks you for everything. They love you, and will carry you with them always.
