It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our dear mother Velia Caputi. God called onto Velia on Thursday, October 27, 2022 and she passed away peacefully at Southlake Hospital in Newmarket at the age of 86 years. Predeceased by her beloved husband Luigi. Loving mother of Robert, Ivana (Frank) and Mauro (Julie). Cherished nonna of Adriano, Fabiano, Alexia, Savannah, Alessandro, Christian, Joseph, Luigi, Massimo and Francesco. Adored great grandmother of Matteo and Luca. Velia will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by all her extended family and friends. May she rest in peace.

Robert Ivana and Mauro and families we are deeply sorry for the loss of your mother. I was blessed to have known her. She was kind generous and so funny.
