elevated aFmWs It is with heavy hearts and deep sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of our beloved mother, Vincenza D’Emilio (nee Ranieri) on December 30, 2025 in Mississauga, Ontario.
elevated aFmWs She was born in Palena (CH) Abruzzo, Italy to Antonio Ranieri and Nicoletta Maria Vittoria. She was the fourth of ten children.
Vincenza was married to the love of her life, the late Luigi, for 48 years. Their family arrived in Toronto in 1964 and later moved to Mississauga in 1984.
elevated aFmWs She was completely devoted to her family. Cooking, sewing, and gardening were a few of her many hobbies.
She will always be lovingly cherished and remembered by her children, Caterina Anna (Lorenzo), Tony (Melinda), and her grandchildren, Roberto, Daniel (Reghan), Julia, Noah and Luca. Her dog, Stella, also misses her very much.
We are sincerely grateful for the support and kindness during this very difficult time from our caring relatives, friends, and neighbours in Ontario, British Columbia, the U.S. and Italy.
elevated aFmWs Vincenza will be remembered for her caring and gentle spirit, her thoughtfulness, her love of nature, and her passion for always making favourite meals at family gatherings.
elevated aFmWs Thank you to the staff at Villa Forum (4th floor) for their support and comfort during Vincenza’s stay.
