elevated RJMTY Obituary
It is with profound sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Vincenzina Caré, who passed away peacefully in Toronto, surrounded by the love of her family.
elevated RJMTY Born in Fabrizia, Italy, Vincenzina was the beloved daughter of the late Raffaele Cirillo and the late Antonuzza Suppa. As the eldest of six children, she embraced her role with strength, love, and unwavering devotion to her family throughout her life.
elevated RJMTY Coming from a proud family of entrepreneurial butchers, she carried with her a strong work ethic and a deep appreciation for family traditions. She had a lifelong passion for cooking, and the family table was where she lovingly shared delicious meals, laughter, and cherished moments with family and friends.
elevated RJMTY Vincenzina loved her garden and found great joy in cultivating an abundant harvest every summer. Winters were reserved for making all types of salami, preserving the traditions she had brought with her from Italy. She also spent many happy summers at the family’s cottage on Georgian Bay, where she cherished time with family and friends and found beauty and peace in nature.
elevated RJMTY Vincenzina was predeceased by her beloved husband, Antonio (Tony) Caré. She was the cherished and devoted mother of Pompeo (Lidia), Franco (Andrea), and Rita (Marc). She was a proud and loving Nonna to Vincenzina (Chris), Elisa (Ryan), Max (Julia), Sofia, Luke, and Lily, and an adoring Bisnonna to her precious great-granddaughter, Mariella.
elevated RJMTY She is lovingly remembered by her dear siblings, Giovanna (Domenico), Franca (Salvatore), Salvatore (Natalina), Domenico (Franca), and Maria Chiara, as well as her many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
elevated RJMTY She will be dearly missed, fondly remembered, and forever held in the hearts of all who were blessed to know and love her.

With deepest sympathy,
My deepest condolences to Pompeo and family.
My deepest condolences to the family, Pompeo works with us at Rogers and we are thinking about him and the entire family at this difficult time.
It is with a sense of disbelief that these words are shared…
Our conversations are so seemingly one sided these days, but I need only listen closely…and your voice is still there. The echoes of our times together, continue to provide memories of warmth and care – care that has nourished so many in this life.
May all of us who were fortunate enough to call you family or friend, be reminded of the love that was present in all of the gifts from your table…and the joy you expressed while so generously giving of them freely.
It’s all in your name, “Vincenzina Caré.”
With our sincere condolences to your family, to everyone you love and to all those who love you.
Rest well dear friend. You are missed.
