elevated rB9qO Vincenzo passed away peacefully on May 5th, 2025, at the age of 92.
elevated rB9qO Pre-deceased by parents Vito and Maria Teresa, and brother Nicola, he is survived by Domenica, his wife of 69 years, his brother Stefano, his sons Vito (Diana), Dominic (Barbara) and Mario (Mary), eight grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
elevated rB9qO Vincenzo will be remembered for his deep love for family, enduring strength, and the joy he had in telling stories of his childhood in wartime Italy, his time working, in construction, at Norman Wade, at the Toronto Board of Education, and his 29 years at George Brown College.
elevated rB9qO He especially enjoyed using his skillful hands working with wood and was very proud of his craftsmanship.

I was fortunate to grow up in a community with and have a neighbor as supportive as Mr. Martino. Safety and security for kids in the park was in his nature, as well as a word of advice(discipline), if need be. His home was always open, no reservations. He made time to talk. As a teenager, I was intrigued by Mr. Martino and his passion for classical carving techniques, while listening to opera. Thank you, Mr. Martino for being.
