He is reunited with his beloved late wife Carmina (2000) and son Paolo (1963). Born November 23, 1925 in St. Lucia, Cervaro, Italy, he moved to Canada in 1955 in search of a better life for his family, followed by his wife, Carmina, and daughter Erminia in 1956. He dedicated his life to his family and friends. He was always ready to lend a helping hand to everyone and anyone. He will be dearly missed by his brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, and many nieces and nephews. The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Mackenzie Heath LTC, especially the staff on 3 West for the exceptional care and compassion. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Mackenzie Health LTC. Details regarding a celebration of life will follow at a later date.
